MILWAUKEE — Tess Quinlan reports from the site of Marquette’s largest soccer crowd ever, on hand for the annual Milwaukee Cup bout between MU and UWM. Marquette alumni Wes Matthews and Lazar Hayward were on hand, as were student athletes from nearly every Marquette sports team.

MILWAUKEE — Derek Hudgin recaps the action from Valley Fields, where the Golden Eagles relinquish the Milwaukee Cup to cross-town rival UWM. Chris Madsen’s goal in the first half wasn’t enough to propel MU to a second-half comeback, as they fall 4-2. The post-Matt Pyzdrowski era began, as Keenan Flynn took over the reigns between the pipes. Coach Louis Bennett talked to Hudgin about the keeper.

MILWAUKEE — Many Marquette students have returned to campus with stories of good summers, but not too many had a more exciting season than Dwyane Wade. After getting LeBron James and Chris Bosh to join him in Miami, the Marquette star still keeps community work at the core of his stardom.

Wade honored local scholarship winners at MU and the Boys & Girls Club, and MUTV was there.
